Rose Rudman Trail Park False Arrest Officer Freeman Tyler PD (Park closes at 12:01 am..not at sunset) as Clearly written in Tyler City Codes and Posted at the Park across from The Salvation Army on North Broadway Ave Near Downtown Tyler -Why didn’t Officer Freeman show me the sign..? or the other two Tyler PD’s RACISM or tell the White Male Jogger to Leave the Park because it was dark if they Misunderstood “We can’t follow everyone in the Park “ with 3 Tyler PD Crown Victorias vs Two Persons in the Park RACISM ..This is a 14th Amendment violation as the law has to be enforced equally regardless of Race Color Creed , Gender etc..

I want to personally thank you for posting this and elaborating on it. What i perceived really great was that you placed the exhibits on the site.
I really enjoyed reading all these wonderful things you have on here. Additionally i wish it would have never ended due to the face that i was getting so so into it!

i once went to the county law library for a do it your self habeas corpus civil action i ask the law librarian i started out by telling the story of how i was denied leagal services from legal aid i express i hadnt seen hide or hair of my son for three years after telling the sherriffs deptartment i want to file a abduction charge.. the law librarian turned me away empty handed. and i had to wait because of police shotgun focus techneque from the thrid floor on elm street. i later went back a month later i said why do you help women more than you do men, cause i went to law library to help a girlfriend get a do it your self divorce. the librarian help ed and her shining service triggered a question to ask her later on….. i did explain my situation with her she became emotionally disturbed and then she got focused and did her best to give up the civil papers she said they were free , i queeried why? did she become so emotional and why did she say i couldnt say she wouldnt help.. i thought about and lookedat the damage i suffered and then thought of others who might have had the same or to a degree the same service failure….. or is my imagination running wild or is the future of smith county and if they can have a new jail for the pd officers or the law libraian or the count attorney or for the jailer….. oh the shot gun focus is the only way they see out of life after all ,all men eventually go to the back door of life and die anyways i was hoping they would face the charges like men. not like a bunch of guilty h1n1 virus’ the evolution will continue no matter what lets vote on the background search of every official all the way back to who changed the first diaper. thank you God and thank you smith county for the education and the nature of the criminal mind i like the field.
